Tospital store allows multiple items to be combined into a single order for up to seven days to receive discounted shipping. Please purchase items and let us know when you are done shopping so we can send you one combined invoice. We can only combine shipping cost on items before they are paid for.
99% of our orders are shipped within 48 hrs of receiving your payment (Monday
Friday).
Any special shipping instructions need to be included in Paypal's Note area when making your payment. We get hundreds of Emails a day and it's hard to match all Emails to Payments.
Any re-shipping charges due to no one home to accept shipment or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.
USA SHIPPING (LOWER 48 STATES) Ground shipping takes 1-7 working days depending on your location (please note delays can happen by the shipping company which is out of our control - weather, missing a connection, etc.)

USPS Priority Mail takes 1-2 Weeks..
USPS First Class Mail takes 3-6 Weeks.
In some cases it has taken up to 8 weeks to deliver. Please do not use First Class Mail if you cannot wait that long.

We advise you to use a reputable carrier service when returning your goods and pack all returns appropriately.
